In one sentence: Sheet photos, names, dates, notes, boxes, and reminders stay on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers, and there is no account system, no advertising, and no third-party analytics SDK.
1. Information the app handles
- Photos of sheets that you capture or select from your photo library
- Sheet names, dates, and notes that you enter
- Names of boxes that you create
- Reminder titles, times, repeat rules, and notes that you create
This information is used only to display, find, and remind you within the app. It is stored only on your device.
The app does not enable cloud sync and does not upload sheet content to the developer’s servers or to any third-party cloud service.
2. Permissions
- Camera — capture paper documents and file them in boxes.
- Photo Library (read) — choose sheet photos from your library.
- Photo Library (write) — save the original sheet image to your photo library for sharing.
- Notifications — deliver a local notification when a reminder is due.
You can turn these permissions off at any time in iOS Settings. The related features will stop working, but data you have already saved is not affected.
3. App Lock and security (temporarily unavailable)
The current version does not enable App Lock (passcode, pattern, or Face ID). There is no entry in Settings, and no unlock is triggered.
App Lock is an access barrier, not database encryption. Sheet files remain protected by iOS file protection and app sandboxing. If App Lock is restored in a future version, this policy will be updated.
4. Data storage and deletion
- By default, data is stored only on your device; cloud sync is not enabled.
- You can delete an individual sheet, an entire box, or use “Clear Data” in the app.
- Deleting the app removes the app’s data from your device.
- Whether iOS system backups include this app’s data depends on your iOS backup settings. We do not control or access those backups.
- You can export all data as a backup file to the Files app. You control the file’s content and location; the app does not upload it automatically.
5. Third parties and sharing
The app contains no advertising, analytics, or third-party SDKs. It does not sell, rent, or share your sheet content with third parties.
If you purchase Pro through the App Store, payment and transactions are handled by Apple. The developer does not receive your payment card information.
6. Children
This app is not directed to children under 14. If you are a guardian and believe a child has used this app without consent, contact us to delete the relevant data.
7. Your rights
You can view, edit, and delete your data in the app. If you need further assistance, contact us at the email below.
8. Changes to this policy
If the app’s features or data practices change, we will update this page and revise the effective date. Material changes will be announced in the app or in release notes.
