Find sheets and set reminders
Search by name or note, filter by date or box, and use local reminders to remember warranties, filter replacements, and inspections.
Search
Type a sheet name or a word from the note. Results update as you type and are grouped by date, newest first.
Filter
- Today, This week, or This month
- By box
Filters combine with search. For example, search “warranty” inside the Appliances box.
Reminders (Pro)
Create a reminder from:
- the Reminders tab at the bottom of the home screen
- Add a Sheet
- the reminder page for an existing sheet or box
A reminder has a title, time, repeat rule, and optional note. Repeat rules: once, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. You can link it to a box or to a single sheet.
Notifications are local. iOS delivers them whether BoxIt is in the foreground, in the background, or your phone is locked — even if the app was closed. Focus mode and notification summaries can delay or silence them; check iOS Settings if an alert does not appear.
